Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder

Soft, melting pork meat that’s perfect for tearing and sharing.
- Brown pork on all sides in a large pan in a little hot oil
- Add 500mls chicken stock
- Fresh oregano
- BBQ sauce 250ml
- Transfer to slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs
- When ready when meat pulls apart with a fork.
