Slow cooker

  • Brown pork on all sides in a large pan in a little hot oil
  • Add 500mls chicken stock
  • Fresh oregano
  • BBQ sauce 250ml
  • Transfer to slow cooker, cook on low for 8 hrs or high for 4 hrs
  • When ready when meat pulls apart with a fork.
