Stuffing, breadcrumbs (WHEAT), Butter(MILK), peas, fresh mint, leeks, salt, pepper (less than 10%) Lamb (90%) (EGG).
Geoff's Tips: For a perfectly roasted lamb, place it in a roasting tin and lightly drizzle with oil. Cook at 180°C for 1-2 hours, cooking times may vary. Remember to rest the meat for 15 minutes before slicing to lock in the juices.
