Nothing beats the simplicity of a tender sirloin steak. Our cuts are freshly prepared in store by our own butchers.

Serving Suggestion 

Simply pan fry in early and butter. Cooking times can vary, as a guide cook for 2-3 mins either side and leave to rest for 5 minutes. Serve with thick beer battered chips, vine tomatoes and a handful of button mushrooms.
